PeerCast Source
PeerCast is licensed under the terms
of the GPL license, you are free to download,
modify and distribute it as long as you agree to the terms of the
GPL. The full text of which can be found here.
If you wish to use any part of PeerCast
in a commercial product (or demo of a commercial product) that is
not under GPL you must obtain a commercial license from us. Please
mail us for details.
To download the PeerCast source you
must agree to the following, some of which just reiterate the GPL
to make things a bit clearer.
a) You must not
submit modifications to us that contain or use code that is not
under the terms of the GPL.
b) You must agree
that any modifications accepted into the PeerCast source will
automatically fall under the terms of the GPL and PeerCast commercial
license.
c) You must agree
to the terms of the GPL license that
covers PeerCast.
d) We reserve the right to accept
or deny modifications to the PeerCast source.
e) Modifications accepted into the
PeerCast source can not be revoked. (††see
below)
The latest development version of PeerCast
can be accessed via an anonymous read-only SubVersion repository
here:

Please remember that the latest trunk
version may not be in a working state. Older versions are available
here:

Submissions:
Firstly, please make sure your changes
work with the latest version, then email
the changes to us in standard unix patch
diff format.
